Cultural Crafts Consultants & Designs Company Limited (CRACODE) is a private company owned by Tanzanians. It deals in the design of Handloom woven production and distribution of cultural crafts and services including development of related soft skills. It also provides training and consultancy services to targeted audiences. The company registered in Tanzania on 16th March, 2007 with a registration No. 59669. The organization is owned by women, with a competent board of directors and management team. The management team has acquired good experience in the business through attending a number of trainings/workshops and participating in different exhibitions and fair trades.
The vision of the company is to become world leaders in the cultural, hand-made crafts industry. While the mission is to exceed customer expectation in product-design, production and delivery in hand-craft industry, and the core value being abide by the quality principle by getting it right first time, loyalty to clients/customers, putting people first, empowering community, maintaining integrity in all our endeavors and social responsibilities.
