Exhibitors Selection Criteria | Applications for Exhibitors
Source East Africa is a professional business-to-business trade platform that aims to showcase the best producers in the region.  For this reason, only export ready companies with unique product offers will qualify to exhibit at the event. Selection criteria have been developed and companies that wish to exhibit will be required to provide the necessary information and proof that they qualify.

Registration Fees:
Registration Fee for a standard booth package is 600 USD.
This includes:
  • ½ the space of a standard tent (approximately 18m2 of space )
  • Set of display units (view booth layout and display units)
  • 2 entry badges – Extra badge for an additional representative is 20 USD
  • Invitation to welcome reception in the evening of the 23rd Sept.
  • Free participation at the Breakfast Seminar Session on the morning of the 24th Sept.

Registration Deadline:
Registrations need to be submitted latest on the 30th August 2016

EARLY BIRD registration offer:
Companies that pay their registration fees latest by the 15th August 2016 will be eligible for an Early Bird discounted price of 500 USD

Registration procedure:
To register for the event, please follow the following steps:

3. Fill Out & Submit The Application Questionnaire.

All applications will be reviewed by a panel and you will be informed if your company has been selected.  Companies that have been selected will receive an acceptance note and an invoice for the payment of the registration fees.

Trade Visitors Registration

“Your one-stop event to source the best products in the region”
Source East Africa is a professional business-to-business trade fair. Only suppliers that have professional wholesale and export trade offers will be allowed to exhibit at the fair.  The first 2 days of the event (23rd and 24th September) will therefore be restricted to registered trade visitors only. The 3rd day (25th September) will be open to the public.

Trade visitors are encouraged to pre-register in order to enjoy full benefits of the event.

Benefits for trade visitors include:
  • Welcome Desk at Killimanjaro International Airport
  • Airport shuttle service
  • Discounted hotel rates at selected partner hotels
  • Trade Fair catalogue and information pack
  • Free access to the business lounge during the fair with free coffee and refreshments.
  • Invitation to welcome reception in the evening of the 23rd September.
  • Free participation at the Breakfast Seminar Session on the morning of the 24th September.
  • Special discounted offers for a 1- day Game Park Visit on the 25th September.

Registration fees for trade visitors: 75 USD
Registration fee for 2nd representative of the same company: 50 USD
Early Bird Registration: Payments made before the 15th August 2016 are eligible for an Early Bird discounted registration fee of 50 USD. For a 2nd representative of the same company: 40 USD

Registration procedure:
Please fill out and submit the registration form below. You will receive an email to confirm receipt of your registration and an invoice with instructions on how to transfer the registration fee.
